RealKhata offers various subscription plans as described on our pricing page. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

4.2 Billing Cycle

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a yearly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.3 Price Changes

We may change subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect current subscription periods.

4.4 No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service or unused time.

Violate any laws in your jurisdiction

You retain all rights to your financial data. By using our services, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealKhata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
